    Dear Steve, Thank you for the outstanding renovation of our landscaping last month. We appreciate your efforts to develop a landscaping plan around our pond area that fit our budget. We know it took a number of visits to talk through the plans, and we certainly appreciate you taking the time to meet us at the quarry to pick our choice of stones for the path and steps. Your design to control excess rainwater runoff is working well. After reworking the terrain with the new stonework, we have had no runoff into our pond. The clean-up, cutting the edges and mulching have made a huge difference in the appearance of the yard. Despite an extremely hot July, the plants are surviving and know it will really fill in nicely once we get past the hot summer. I also wanted to comment on your staff’s professionalism and efficiency in executing your renovation project. Everyone showed up on time and while I know it was a long day for you and your staff, we were amazed to have the entire project done in one day, with all the debris removed and the place looking like new. We could not believe we were in the same yard for the day earlier! We have really enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying our pond, which we previously dreaded with the half complete landscaping and weeds. Thanks again for the outstanding plan and execution!
